Why can't we just use the original construction drawings?
Facilities change constantly — equipment is replaced, walls are moved, piping is rerouted — and those changes are rarely drawn up. Original drawings routinely differ from reality by amounts that cause serious clashes during retrofit work. Scan-based as-builts document what is physically there today.
What formats are as-built deliverables provided in?
Standard deliverables include DWG and PDF drawings, RCP/E57/LAS point clouds, and RVT or IFC models where 3D deliverables are required. We match the formats to the software your team already uses.
